Each Branch of TOSHIBA TEC Europe disposes of a dedicated workshop to repair the products sold by our company, both TOSHIBA TEC and non-TOSHIBA TEC products, under warranty or not. As a rule we are committed to perform these repairs within 5 working days (ex-works). The workshop is also in charge of service parts logistics, including the requirements of the field service. All modules returned from the field are inspected prior to being repaired and re-injected into the spare parts loop. When non-repairable they are disposed of, but not before we were able to identify any trends/issues that could develop into something requiring remedial changes to the product. |
